To help you clearly understand shipping methods, costs, and delivery times, we have formulated this policy. The following terms apply to all orders placed through this website. We offer two shipping options for you to choose from, with costs calculated per order. Details are as follows:
Standard Shipping:Order fee $5.99
Applicable Area:Most parts of the country. Remote areas (such as some overseas territories and remote islands) are only supported by this shipping method, and delivery time may be extended by 1-2 business days.VIP Shipping:Order fee $15.99
Applicable Area:Covers major cities nationwide. Priority delivery is given. Remote areas are not currently supported.To reduce your shopping costs, we offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. The specific rules are as follows:
Free Shipping Conditions:Orders with a total payment amount (after deducting coupons and discounts) of $39.99 or more will automatically enjoy free shipping without additional application. Not applicable scenarios: Customized general merchandise (such as printed storage bags, custom-designed stickers) and oversized/overweight items (such as large storage cabinets, bulk packaging of cleaning supplies) are not eligible for free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please refer to the product details page for specific details. Shipping costs for these items will be calculated separately.Logistics Tracking: You can check the logistics progress in two ways: Log in to your weekspan.com account, go to "Personal Center - My Orders," find the corresponding order, and click "View Logistics"; or copy the tracking number from the shipping notification, go to the corresponding logistics service provider's website (such as USPS, FedEx), and enter the tracking number to check the real-time logistics status.
Special Circumstances: Address Change: If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, you must submit an application via customer service email before the order is shipped, specifying the order number and the new address. Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. If this results in the goods not being delivered or being lost, you will be solely responsible.
Package held up/lost: If the logistics information shows "package held up" (e.g., address unknown, no one to sign for it), please contact the logistics service provider in time for handling; if the package is confirmed to be lost, you need to apply for verification through the customer service email within 30 days after shipment. We will assist you in claiming compensation from the logistics company. After verification, we will process a refund or reship the package for you.
